Having decided to lose weight, we are looking for the very, very diet - the fastest, the simplest, the safest and the most effective. But most of the time the diet is quick, safe, effective or simple. However, among all diets, you can find some diets that combine the maximum advantages of different diets and the least disadvantages. About these diets, most of all diets, and will be discussed later.

The simplest diet

The simplest diet is that diet, meals and products that you don't need to choose and cook for a long time, whose regimen is easy to follow and doesn't require additional procedures (like enemas used in some diets). The diet of the simplest diets consists of common foods prepared in the usual ways (unless there are restrictions, such as the exclusion of fried, fatty, spicy, sweet, pickle, smoked and canned meat, flour, potato, soda, starch, alcohol ). Diet is the simplest - this is the usual restriction of calorie intake and the exclusion of harmful foods. Depending on the time you plan to lose weight, limit your diet to 200-500 kcal per day, exclude junk food, drink more green tea and you will lose about 3-5 kg per month.

Another simpler diet is a diet based on kefir and combinations of kefir with other products (with oats, buckwheat, apples, grapefruit and the like). The duration of this diet, as a rule, is not longer than 2 weeks, weight loss reaches 5-7 kg, but it is worth remembering that diets with kefir, like any mono-diet, are not the safest. Their diet is unbalanced and the menu is not varied, so you shouldn't get carried away by them.

Another one of the simplest diets is a balanced diet. This diet is the simplest, because, on the one hand, it clearly regulates your diet, on the other, it gives you scope for choice. Your menu is compiled according to the following formula:

  • breakfast: 100-150 g of cereals or cereals, up to 50 g of dried fruit, nuts or honey, up to 150 g of protein foods (eggs, meat, fish, dairy products), unsweetened tea or coffee;
  • second breakfast: fermented fruits, vegetables or dairy products;
  • lunch: low-fat soup with vegetables or cereals, meat, poultry or fish cooked or baked or in the form of cutlets or meatballs, for garnishing - vegetables, vegetables in any form, cereals or baked potatoes, jam or juice, for dessert - fruit or fruit pudding, jelly;
  • afternoon snack: fruits, vegetables or fermented milk (must be different from the second breakfast);
  • dinner: up to 200 g of protein food (except for lunch) or porridge of cereals or pulses, vegetables or fruits;
  • before bedtime: fermented milk.

Eating according to this formula will allow you to be well fed and healthy and gain a nice slim figure, although the result will have to wait several months (depending on your weight). In addition, it is one of the safest diets, has practically no contraindications, can be observed at any age and with any health condition (except allergies or illnesses for which therapeutic diets are indicated). The advantage of this diet is that it is a diet without weight gain - after all, this nutritional formula is nothing more than a healthy and balanced diet; when your weight returns to normal, just keep eating according to this formula and you will stay slim.

If we talk about diets without weight gain, we must remember the Atkins diet and the Kremlin diet. These are not the simplest diets, but in their structure there are distinct stages aimed at weight loss and its subsequent stabilization. So if you want to permanently lose those excess pounds, pay attention to these diets, the best diets with no weight gain.

The safest diets

The safest diets, as a rule, are not the fastest and do not promise great results in a short time. For safe weight loss, the body takes time, without harming your health, you cannot lose more than 1. 5 kg per week, so the safest diet will not give you to get rid of 6-8 kg per week. But if you choose safe diets, not only will you get rid of those extra pounds, you will also preserve and increase your health.

One of the safest diets has already been discussed above. There is another diet, the essence of which is quite simple: you eat every day as usual (excluding only unhealthy foods) and limit your diet to 500 kcal 2 days a week. Thus, you will lose weight of 2 to 4 kg per month without harming your health.

In general, it is not that difficult to distinguish the safest diet from the one that can harm you: if the diet is very limited in the amount of food consumed and whole food groups are excluded from it (eg meat or cereals), then that diet it's not safe. If the diet contains all the necessary products of plant and animal origin, there are liquids, hot dishes, raw food meals, fast carbohydrates (honey, berries, sweet fruits, nuts, dried fruits) and the caloric content of this diet's diet is of at least 1300-1500 kcal per day, so this diet is the safest.

The hardest diets

These diets are the most severe, not everyone can stand it, they are very difficult to tolerate and can harm your health.

The first place among the most difficult diets can be given to the abc diet (Ana Boot Camp) - this is a long-term diet with extreme calorie restriction (on the "fullest" days it is allowed to eat no more than 800 kcal ) and periodic hunger strikes. You might call this diet more dangerous - even water fasting does less harm to the body than the abc diet.

Even among the strictest diets, you can name all mono-diets and diets in a limited set of foods - even if the foods that make up the diet satisfy hunger, you start to feel a great deal of discomfort with a monotonous menu in the days 2-3 , and by days 5-6 you start to completely hate what you eat. Not everyone can transfer this diet.

Another more difficult diet is "3 eggs 2 oranges". As the name suggests, your daily diet is limited to 3 eggs of any kind and 2 oranges or an equal amount of grapefruit. This diet is the most real hunger strike, and while the products used on it are very useful in themselves, they are very few. The caloric content of the diet on this diet does not exceed 450-480 kcal per day, with a norm of 2, 000 kcal, that is, this diet does not meet the body's energy needs even in ¼!

How to choose the best diet

When choosing a diet, don't blindly believe the opinions of friends and girlfriends - the diet that suits them doesn't necessarily work for you. Choosing the best diet for yourself, first answer a few questions: how much time do you give yourself to lose weight and how many pounds do you want to lose, are you ready to constantly cook diet meals, or you don't have time for it, will you be able to eat 5-6 times a day, you will play sports, which foods you can easily exclude from the diet and which ones will be the most difficult to get rid of, you have internal organ diseases and other contraindications to the diet. . .

The answers to these questions determine which diet is right for you.
